Our quality management
Quality is an all-encompassing term for us and refers to all areas of the company, whether it be production, customer service, goods purchasing, dispatch or communication. Our basis premise is thus: All staff are responsible for quality management, not just the quality representative. For this reason, we call ourselves the “JM Quality Team”.
Meeting the quality requirements of our customers is a constant process. Training, systematic analysis of weak points, regular measurements and a close strategic cooperation with our suppliers help us to maintain, and even improve, our high quality standards.
